SPCA is a no-kill organization which takes in over 3200 animals a year, providing food, attention, exercise, medical care and behavior support until loving adoptive homes can be found. Partnering with other animal welfare organizations in and around the area, SPCA also accepts owner surrendered and stray animals on a limited basis. Additional vital services include educating the public on responsible pet ownership and striving to reduce pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs. Dedicated SPCA volunteers endeavor to create a more humane community where every pet has a good home.
