Keeping Man’s Best Friend Alive

Animal euthanasia in North Carolina is far less regulated than in most states, and kill rates in some county run shelters exceed 90%. Conservation efforts are under fire as well, with many outdoor groups concerned that the state is considered moving natural lands out of the public domain.

“The SureVest Insurance Group is committed to the welfare of animals in North Carolina, as well as to the conservation of the green spaces we all know and love. Using our invitation and rewards program, we are gathering support from residents throughout the state to help protect both orphaned animals and our natural habitats,” said agency CEO Chris Clark.
