The Aloha Safari Zoo is a non-government funded zoo that is home to hundreds of animals that have been injured, abused, abandoned or were donated by owners. Caring for the animals is crucial since many of them have been rescued from poor health and habitats. In addition to that, the zoo is a unique opportunity and learning experience for the area’s children, families, and schools. There are a lot of different species that most people would never have the chance to see. “We can all have a positive impact on the lives of those who can’t speak for themselves.”
